First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
- You may cancel an order at any time 24 hours after a purchase
- All sales are FINAL.
- Returns will not be accepted on customized/personalized orders however we can come to a solution if there is an issue with an order.
- Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Toni's Cosmetics pass to you upon delivery of such Products to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.
Shipping costs are $42 CAD for express with wholesale orders 30 pieces and below
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Express Shipping is FREE on all wholesale orders 50 pieces and over
For 500 pcs and over an additional fee may apply for Express Shipping, Free Sea Shipping from China
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-9 business days of payment of your order and 2-8 weeks on orders 300 pcs and over. That being said, it may take less time to get your order shipped based on order quantity. In the case your order cannot be sent within the this range for any circumstance, you will be notified of such changes and for what reasoning and have your order refunded if you choose to do so.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, get in touch with our customer service.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All returns are to be made to the Address it was shipped from and can only be with with orders that are not printed on
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
